About the consultation package
This option is for students who wish to receive correction and feedback on their recitation of selected portions of the Quran, and/or are unable to attend live Quran classes.
This is particularly useful if you want to make sure you are reciting every ayah correctly before you memorise it. It is also useful if you want to correct and improve your recitations in salah, such as Surah Al-Fatihah and other short surahs. It can be used when doing hifdh for the first time or when you need a teacher to help you review your hifdh online.
Once subscribed, you are entitled to send audio files to the teacher via Telegram or WhatsApp, up to a maximum of 5 minutes a day. The teacher will then respond with audio feedback within 24 hours.

What you need
- A computer or mobile device, and a headset
- A personal Telegram or WhatsApp account
- A dedicated notebook and stationery to make notes of feedback given
- Any additional resources that may be recommended by the teacher in order to meet your goal
Timing
Consultation is available 7 days a week, at any time as per the student’s and teacher’s convenience.
This service does not operate on public holidays or the teacher’s personal days of of absence (which will be communicated in advance as much as possible).

Payment information will be sent to you when your application is accepted.
The subscription covers one month of consultation, at a limit of 5 minutes of audio submission per weekday.
To unsubscribe, please contact us at least 3 days prior to your next billing date. Once unsubscribed, you may continue using the service until 30 days have elapsed since your last payment.
